Roberts Recycling Feature in UKFT’s latest Member Spotlight
We’re proud to announce that Roberts Recycling has been featured in the UK Fashion & Textile Association (UKFT) Member Spotlight, recognising our role in textile recovery, reuse, and recycling.
As a newly affiliated member of UKFT, we’re excited to collaborate with the industry’s leading network to drive innovation in circularity, sustainability, and responsible textile management.

In the feature, UKFT highlights how Roberts Recycling has grown over the past 15 years, evolving from a textile collection business into a key player in the UK’s circular economy. With our state-of-the-art processing facilities in Cheshire and Cardiff, we handle textiles from consumer take-back schemes, retailer returns, and wholesale redistribution, ensuring materials are kept in use for as long as possible.
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond collection. We are actively investing in new solutions for end-of-life textiles, including innovations in fibre-to-fibre recycling, secure brand protection, and exploring new circular product developments through collaborations with universities, startups, and creative organisations.
Speaking about our work, Paul Roberts, Director of Roberts Recycling, said:
“Joining UKFT is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our industry connections and continue developing solutions that support retailers, brands, and the wider textile supply chain. The UKFT network brings together businesses that are committed to circularity, and we’re excited to be part of that conversation.”
We’re thrilled to be featured and look forward to working alongside UKFT and its members to build a more sustainable future for fashion and textiles.
